Homely hotel, had fairly nice stay.

Neat room, that also was practical with fully stocked kitchenette. Also, location was marvellous, at walking distance from Tamaki Maori Village.

Its location just a short walk away from The Spa Rotorua was great and incredible. Lakes and parks were close to the hotel.

Homely and excellent accommodation with unbeatable setting near to rainbow springs a very short drive away and central Rotorua. Welcoming and polite staff throughout. Reasonably large guest room for a bedside table. A TV set and a lounge area were nice.

Overall it was a comfortable stay for 2 nights. The staff were nice, marvellous and fantastic location very close to main shopping centre. The main bar was available on the premises. We loved this stay.

The bathroom was very dated.

The location of this hotel close to Kuirau Park, whose mudpools and thermal vents are a highlights of Rotoura was perfect and excellent. Studio was reasonably large and well-equipped especially for the children. The staff were excellent and respectful and had a sense of humour:)))

Some people working there were a little rude.

In relation to the excellent price paid, it was excellent place to stay with excellent service. Truly enjoyed their warm drinks, served in the main bar.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with a private spa bath. The people were very, very nice and outstandingly accommodating, will exceed the expectations.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered apartment with good beds in both. Multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a sitting area were useful.

The upgraded two bedroom suite with a fully stocked kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Yong, the staff member at check-in, was friendly and helpful, even providing a small carton of milk for our morning coffee. He gave great suggestions for places to eat and shop and provided maps to help us navigate the area. The hotel's two small thermal pools were a nice touch, although they were a bit too hot for us to fully enjoy. However, we still managed to splash ourselves with the mineral water. Just remember to remove your jewelry beforehand to prevent tarnishing. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to main eateries and shopping, and directly across from a lovely park.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The pool was very clean and I had hot drinks in the main bar.

The staff were fantastic friendly and excellent, you should know it. Its location was indeed good and perfect and only 5 minutes walk from Central Mall.

The location was great and fantastic, within a close distance from a nature park. There were all major stores and a supermarket around the hotel. The room with good beds. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge worked well.
